After you submit your application, you will be prompted to pay the $275.00 deposit with a credit or debit card. This deposit covers: the $25.00 non-refundable registration fee, administration fee, as well as books and materials.

  2. Course start date in which you'd like to enroll (you can change it later)
  3. Previous education (high school, GED, college if applicable, etc.)
  4. Emergency contact information
